Pick Up
  On the day of your pick up our crew arrives on time to move your home furnishings. Before loading, we inventory each item, noting its condition. Items are measured to determine the size of your shipment. Our crew will address any questions or concerns you may have during the process.

Delivery
On the day your shipment leaves, you will be contacted and informed of the in-transit status of your belongings. Then again before arrival, you will be contacted by our crew to arrange the delivery time. Upon delivery, your valuables will be carried into the premises. Our movers will unwrap the padding and set furniture in place. Items that were disassembled by our crew at origin will be reassembled.

Packing Your Own Boxes:
Should you decide to pack your belongings yourself, Off Duty Firefighters Will Move will be happy to provide just the heavy lifting. Please call us with any questions you may have. If you require packing supplies, we will provide you with sources in your area.

Professional Packing:
Should you decide to utilize our packing services, well-trained & experienced crews will arrive at your home with packing supplies, ready to pack any item correctly and efficiently.
